Administrative Ministry
Lead: Sonya Royston
Charged to serve the administrative needs of the Pastor, the Ministry Leaders and the Church as a whole.
Alive in Christ Ministry (Senior’s Ministry)
Lead: Rosalind Burton
Provide community resource awareness through professional speakers on various topics of interest. Assist in building strong family relationships through family participation in activities inside and outside the church that are positive toward spiritual and emotional growth.
Assessment Ministry

To seek to relentlessly love everyone God brings into our sphere of influence by ensuring excellence in MTC ministries.
Beautification Ministry
Lead: Dolphine Madison
We serve to beautify the House of the Lord so that God is glorified.
Chosen Champions (Children’s Ministry)
Lead: Gloria Walker
Teaching through hands on opportunities using crafts, prayer, games, songs and various Bible lessons.
Decision Counselors
Lead: Rosalind Burton
To guide and counsel new believers who have made a commitment to live for Jesus Christ.
Discipleship Ministry
Lead: Rev. SirRitta Rhodes
The Discipleship Ministry is one that uses the Word as a guide to foster a nurturing, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are responsible for ensuring that our Growth groups are provided with the necessary tools to be successful. Jesus said, “Take up your cross and follow me!” This ministry will lead you in those efforts to ensure your total obedience to the Word of God.
Finance Ministry
Lead: Felicia Romine
To assist the Pastor and the Church Administrator in the general oversight of the financial resources of the church and to promote wise Biblical stewardship.
Fresh Start Ministry (New Member’s Ministry)
Lead: Marilyn Gibson
To encourage, greet, welcome, and retain new Partners who unite with MTC by evangelizing the Word through proclamation and missions.
Health & Wellness Ministry
Lead: Tomicka Gause
MTC Wellness Ministry Mission is to promote an awareness and education about Spiritual, Physical, and Mental wellbeing following the examples of Jesus Christ and guided by scriptures from the Holy Bible.
Media Ministry
Lead: Elder Mike Royston
We serve to effectively coordinate the Video and Audio needs of the Worship experience and other events of the Church.
Men’s Ministry
Lead: Elder Darren West
We exist to reach unchurched men through fellowship, grow one another through discipleship and study of God’s word and aid our community through service, leadership, and sweat equity.

Social Media Ministry
Leads: Kelly Boyd
The purpose of the MTC Social Ministry is to connect with our community and promote various events and activities through social media platforms. We help create awareness for our church and various ministries using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media to connect the community with what’s going on in and around MTC Church. Ministry members assist with developing creative messaging for posts, tweets and photographs.
Women’s Ministry
Lead: Shay West
We exist to exalt God in all our endeavors, infuse his greatest commandment in the life of every woman, provide service and discipleship opportunities to grow by collectively studying and applying God’s word, and empowering one another through the giving of time, talents, fellowship, prayer and community outreach.
Youth Ministry
Lead: Ebony Garrard
To meet with Youth and discuss real life issues that impact their lives today as well as helping them conquer those problems through the love of Christ.
Usher/Greeter’s Ministry
Lead: Belinda Chandler
We exist to be tender servants of God by using our gift of hospitality to exalt Him. We edify one another with our warm concerns and love for Partners and guests.
